The consortium was carefully selected, based on the principles of competence and professional expertise, participation, cooperation, transparency and responsibility. It includes 7 organizations from 6 different countries, each of them having experience in transnational projects (LdV, Grundtvig, Youth, Equal) and also an adequate technical, human and organizational expertise required for effective and high quality performance of all project tasks.
The coordinator organization INCSMPS The Scientific Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection (RO) is a research institute with expertise on the integration of young people on the labour market, of their learning & training needs, transition from school to work, and also a large experience in coordinating national and European projects on the topic of the proposal.
BLICKBlickpunkt Identität (AT) was the coordinator of previous project "STOP DROPOUT!". Since 2009 it has been acting as promoter and coordinator for three European Projects. In December 2012 BLICK received the LLL Award in the category products for the Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project “Stop Dropout” from the National Agency in Austria. BLICK has specialized in the field of prevention of young persons who are at risk of falling out of the educational system. Currently BLICK is using the awarded tools of the Stop Dropout project in counseling and assisting young apprentices who are at risk of dropping out in Lower Austria. During the year 2012/13 more than 1300 young persons will be tested and counseled. Also BLICK has developed for the Federal Ministry of Education a set of didactical methods and tools for teachers in order to reduce the number of school-dropouts in Austria.

Infoart is a SME with major scope of work focussed on research, consulting and engineering in the field of information technology services.

POINT is an engineering and project management organization active internationally. International activities have served to build up an extensive experience and knowledge both in implementation and management of integrated projects. POINT has also gained a large scope of experience in all kinds of sectorial informal vocational training combined to e-learning and blended learning. ICT based projects, applications and solutions together with need and supply models have been developed for overcoming employment problems of disabled and disadvantaged people as well as SME’s and adults from various disciplines, since 1999, when first virtual employment portal (www.svaclub.com) was introduced to the audience. Recent project activities also include mapping of prior learning and existing skills and competencies into a cloud database, for comparison of ECVET credit levels before and after the implementation of e-learning activities.
